Bio

Since 2012 Erin Peereboom has been using her in-depth knowledge and understanding of people’s unique thinking and behavioral strengths to simplify human interaction. Her work—leveraging the Emergenetics Profile—helps individuals and organizations realize impactful change and drive business results. Through individual coaching and group workshops, Erin applies her background in Corporate Learning & Development to help businesses of all industries and sizes increase their communication, teamwork, and overall effectiveness.

Erin left the “corporate” path to engage in independent work as a Vistage Speaker, workshop facilitator, and contract writer, with aspirations of becoming a published novelist. Erin held positions as Director of Business Development and Director of Projects for Emergenetics International; prior to that she spent 10 years with Red Robin International as an Instructional Designer and as operations support.

Erin holds a BA in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing from the University of Washington in Seattle. She enjoys reading, writing, being crafty and helping her two children grow to be the best people they can be. In 2013 Erin took up running in and, in addition to a variety of 5k, 10k, and 15k races, has completed six half marathons, a variety of Ragnar Relay Races, and a 55k ultramarathon.
